As I finish my last preparations for my Pacific Coast Bike Tour, my friends at Mellow Monkey Yoga Studio devoted our sunrise practice to blessing me on my way. I looked up the meaning of blessing and found this one to suit perfectly, "A beneficial thing for which one is grateful; something that brings well-being." PRECISELY!
This branch is filled with well wishes of my amazing yogi friends. I am, what is technically called, a Lucky Ducky.
